Did you know Sturdy Storage has been taking online bookings for six months for our East Knoyle Self Storage facility?

The Pandemic made us realise that we should be offering a tech based online booking system solution for our East Knoyle Self-Storage site for the benefit of our customers and this went live in January 2022.

Our storage customers can now view all storage space options available, pricing with any special offers, book a storage unit, select move-in date up to 30 days in advance within a matter of minutes. If you want to change or cancel the booking prior to move-in there is no charge.

There is a brief online check-in process to confirm ID and sign rental agreement and allocation of storage unit before move-in day and then you're good to go.

We still think it is important to meet and greet on move-in day but this is not essential for those that are not sure of timings giving more flexibility.

What took hours of everybody's time prior to move-in in the past now takes minutes and helps to focus on delivering the best experience for you, our customer.
